PRIVACY POLICY

Our privacy policy with regard to all information collected on our website is very simple and very strict. We will not sell, share or give any information to any other person or company. The information we receive is for our sole use in processing customer orders and queries.


TERMS AND CONDITIONS

RETURNS
 • All merchandise to be returned must have a Return Authorization Number, which is approved by an Eagle One sales representative.
• Requests for returns must be made within 30 days from date of purchase.
• All returns are subject to a 15% restocking charge, as well as return freight to our distribution center (where applicable).
• Items returned must be unused, in saleable condition. A copy of the invoice or the packing slip describing what is being returned and why must be provided.
• Credit cannot be issued for damaged or obsolete items
• Special Order items (non-stock) are returnable within 10 days of invoice date with a 25% restocking fee. All return freight charges are the responsibility of the customer.
• Custom products are not returnable.
• Your complete satisfaction is our goal. Please notify us promptly if your order is inaccurately fulfilled.

DESIGN & SPECIFICATIONS
Our product specifications may change from time to time, and please know that we do it to improve the performance or appearance. We feel assured that our on-going development efforts are beneficial to our customers as a whole, but for those individual cases in which changes cause an inconvenience, we apologize. Please call with any concerns or problems and we will do our best to accommodate your specific needs.

FREIGHT DAMAGE OR SHIPMENT DISCREPANCY
Note any discrepancy or damage directly on the bill of lading at time of delivery. Contact the carrier to file a claim and also notify the Eagle One Customer Service Department. Please note that once the bill of lading is signed, the customer assumes all responsibility for the quantity received as being accurate and correct. Any concealed quantity discrepancy or damage which may have occurred in transit must be reported within ten (10) days of delivery. Thereafter, the liability for any delivery-related problems rests with the customer.

COMMERCIAL CREDIT TERMS
For customers with established commercial credit, full payment of all invoices is expected on the due date. Invoices are generated at the point of the sales transaction at the time of purchase. A service charge of 1.5% per month is imposed on all overdue balances. If commercial credit has not been pre-established, payment can be made with the order or purchase through Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, bank or cashier’s check, cash or money order.

PRICING
Prices F.O.B. shipping point unless otherwise stated. Prices subject to change at any time. Terms and conditions of sale are subject to change at Eagle One Products’ discretion without prior notice.

WARRANTY
Items manufactured by Eagle One Products carry a 12 month warranty. Applicable product warranties and limitations are provided on labels or operator and parts manuals, depending on the product type. Eagle One Products associates are not authorized to make any representations or give any additional warranties or guarantees, expressed or implied, regarding products.
